Every comment answered.Every fan followed up.

Ochra Flow answers your Instagram comments, sends the DM with the link, and checks that someone really followed you before it hands over the reward. Start from a template, or describe what you want and watch it get drawn.

One comment, answered start to finish

That was a single run of the Follow First, Then the Freebie template. Ochra Flow writes every step to Activity as it happens: what it matched, what it sent, and when she tapped.

Each one is a working flow with its wording already written. Change the words, point it at your link, turn it on. Here is exactly what six of them send.

Check they follow before the link goes out. If they don't, show them the way and check again.

When yours is different, build it

The templates cover the common jobs. Past them, the same engine takes whatever flow you can describe.

Describe it, then edit the drawing

Write what you want in a sentence and the builder draws the flow on a canvas. Ask for a change and you see it as a diff before anything is applied.

Branch on what they tap

Each button and quick reply can lead somewhere different. A follow check sends people down one path if they follow you and another if they don't.

Collect an email, then send one

Ask for an email address in the DM, and email them from the sending address you connect. If they never answer, the flow takes its other path.

Copy it to another workspace

Copy an automation into another of your workspaces in one step, or copy it as a code and paste it into any account's Automations page.

See what happened

Every run is written to Activity. Analytics shows runs and credits by day, week, month or year, and the logs list every AI builder request and every movement of credits.

Bring your team

Invite people to a workspace and choose which pages each role can open. One account can hold several workspaces, up to the limit on its plan.

Running in an afternoon, not a sprint

Three moves from an empty account to a reply going out on its own — and one form to fill in along the way.

  1. Connect InstagramLink a Business or Creator account. We subscribe to its comments and messages, and keep the access token renewed for you.
  2. Pick a template, or describe your ownStart from one of the thirteen templates, describe what you want in a sentence, or open a blank canvas. Set the keywords, choose which posts it covers, then write the replies and the DM.
  3. Turn it onIt only runs while it's on. Every run is written to Activity as it happens, with the message that actually went out.

The unglamorous parts, handled

Most automation breaks quietly — an expired token, a rate limit, a webhook delivered twice. These are the parts that keep it from happening to you.

Retries when Instagram is busy

A step that fails on a rate limit is retried up to five times, and the run resumes from where it stopped rather than starting over.

Tokens renewed before they lapse

Instagram access tokens are refreshed inside the last week of their life, so automations don't quietly stop on a Sunday.

Credentials encrypted at rest

Tokens are stored with AES-256-GCM and are readable only by the server processes that need them.

Every webhook verified

Each call from Meta is checked against your app secret before anything runs, and repeat deliveries of the same event are ignored.

Priced on how much you run

Every plan has all the templates and the full activity history. What changes is how many accounts and automations you can run, and how many credits you get each month.

A credit is one thing someone receives — a reply under their comment, or a DM. Reading comments, matching keywords and checking whether someone follows you cost nothing. Run out and you can top up without changing plan; bought credits never expire.

Questions people ask first

Does it work with any Instagram account?

It needs a Business or Creator account. Personal accounts can't grant the permissions Instagram requires to read comments and send messages.

What can one automation actually do?

Five things can set one off: a comment on a post or reel, a DM matching a keyword, a reply to your story, a mention in someone else's story, or a comment during a Live. It can then reply publicly, send a DM carrying link buttons or quick replies, check whether someone follows you, ask for an email address, send an email, and hide or delete a comment. Thirteen ready-made starting points arrange those into the flows people ask for most, and every one of them is yours to change.

Do I have to build the flow myself?

Only if you want to. Describe what you want in a sentence and it is drawn for you on the canvas, where you can drag the steps around, rewrite the wording, or ask for a change and see it as a diff before it applies. You can also start from one of the thirteen templates, or from a blank canvas.

What's a credit, and what uses one?

One credit is one thing done on your behalf: a public reply, or a message sent. Checking whether someone follows you costs nothing. So a follow-gated reward that replies under the comment and sends two DMs costs three. The free plan includes 300 credits a month, and every automation shows what one run of it costs before you turn it on.

What happens when the credits run out?

Automations stop rather than quietly running up a bill, and the activity feed says that is why. You can buy a top-up at any time without changing plan, and bought credits never expire. A switch on the billing page decides what happens at the end of each month: carry on using the credits you've bought, or hold them back and stop until the next month's allowance lands.

Will the replies read as automated?

You can write several versions of a public reply and one is chosen at random each run, so the comments under a post don't fill up with the same sentence. Every message also waits a moment before going out — longest for someone who has never messaged you, shortest for someone mid-conversation — rather than landing at a machine-perfect instant.

Can it message people who never contacted me?

No. Ochra Flow only messages someone who commented on your post or messaged you, and Instagram allows one DM per comment. There is no bulk sending.

Can it catch comments during a Live?

Yes, and those are treated differently on purpose. Instagram only accepts a private reply while the broadcast is still running, so Live comments skip the usual pause and go straight out; one that would land after you end fails plainly instead of retrying into a closed door.

What about comments you'd rather nobody saw?

An automation can hide or delete hostile comments, and how sure it has to be before acting is yours to set. The scoring runs on our own servers — no comment is sent to an AI service — and every decision is written to the activity log whether it acted or not, so you can watch what it would have done before loosening it. Hiding leaves the comment visible to whoever wrote it, so it doesn't read as a confrontation.

Can I collect email addresses?

Yes. One step asks for an address in the DM, and another can email them from the sending address you connect. If they never answer, the flow can take a different path.

Can my team use it?

Yes. You can invite people to a workspace, and each role has its own list of pages it can open, which you set. One account can hold several workspaces, up to the limit on its plan.

Can I pay for a year at once?

On the plans that offer it, yes. You pay once for twelve months at a lower price than twelve monthly payments, and the pricing section shows the saving for each plan. Credits still arrive month by month, nothing renews by itself afterwards, and we email you two weeks before the year ends.

What happens if Instagram drops the connection?

The account is flagged on your dashboard and its automations stop until you reconnect it, rather than failing silently in the background.

Is anything coming besides Instagram?

Instagram is the only platform today. The engine is written against a platform-agnostic contract, so another one is a new adapter rather than a rewrite.
