Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove the data Ochra Flow holds about you at any time.

Disconnect an Instagram account

• Log in to Ochra Flow and open Connections.
• Click Disconnect next to the account. Its access token is deleted at once and we stop acting on the account: nothing is sent, nothing is read, and its automations are paused.
• The automations you built, and the contacts and activity behind them, are kept so that reconnecting the same account puts everything back as it was rather than making you build it again. To remove those as well, use one of the options below.

You can also remove Ochra Flow from Instagram directly: Settings → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove. This revokes our access immediately and has the same effect as disconnecting here.

Asking Instagram to delete your data does the same: we destroy the access token and disconnect the account so nothing more is sent, read or stored. What has already been recorded is kept, so that reconnecting does not mean starting over. Use one of the options below to remove it.

Delete your whole account

Email aman@primexmeta.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We delete your account, workspaces, connected accounts, and activity within 30 days, except billing records we're legally required to keep.
